  1. This offer entitles the customer to purchase a single use airport security fast track visit at a rate of £5.00 per visit.

  2. You must complete all details on request when purchasing your fast track booking. You will need to include your email address.

  3. DragonPass eCertificates are one use only and can only be used by the person whose details have been submitted during the purchase process. Admission to fast track security lane will be refused if a booking has been used previously.

  4. Your DragonPass fast track booking is valid for the time and date stated on the booking only.

  5. The booking cannot be cancelled or amended once booked.

  6. The booking is non refundable and non transferable

  7. Cost per person booked is £5.00. Children are chargeable at the same rate. 

  8. Staff at the fast track lane may ask to see your boarding pass or passport to validate your booking and ensure the person attending the lane is the person intended on the booking.

  9. At the fast track security lanes the customer is required to have their booking confirmation with them. Failure to present this when prompted will mean the customer will be refused access to the fast track lane.

  10. The airport fast track security lanes in the DragonPass programme are operated by third parties and not by DragonPass themselves.

  11. Any information which you provide to DragonPass is subject to our Data Privacy Policy. This governs our collection and use of your information. While we do not collect irrelevant personal data, we do require some personal data in order to provide you with our service.
