How do I purchase fast track access?
Simply choose your preferred airport terminal from the list then click the ‘Purchase’ button and complete the personal details form and payment details form.
 
What can I use to pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards including American Express.
 
Are there any additional charges?
All our payments are made in GBP.  Some banks, especially accounts not based in Britain, may charge additional fees for payments made in Sterling.
 
When will payment be taken for my Fast Track booking(s)?
Payment is taken immediately and is shown as DragonPass 01619298844GB on your statement.
 
Can I use my booking more than once?
Your fast track booking is a single use voucher.  Feel free to purchase more than one for multiple trips.
 
How will I receive my voucher?
As soon as your payment is confirmed and has gone through successfully, your voucher will generate automatically and be emailed to you with a .pdf version.  
 
I have lost my voucher, what can I do?
We recommend saving a copy of your voucher to your computer so you can re-print it if required.  We also recommend that you save a copy to your phone or tablet.  You can show your voucher on your phone or tablet at the fast track lane rather than a physical copy.  If you have lost your digital copy please email support@dragonpassuk.com and we will resend your booking.
 
What are the opening hours for the telephone helpline?
The telephone helpline is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The telephone line will not be open on UK Bank Holidays however we will monitor email enquiries during UK Bank Holidays.
 
Can I purchase a fast track visit for my friend?
Yes you may.  However please note that when booking a visit for someone else please ensure that you use their details when filling out the form.  You may however use your own card to purchase a visit for other people.
